3. What if I cannot achieve sales target after joining reselling team?
You will be disqualified to be Candy reseller if you are unable to hit the minimum sales for more than 3 months. You may appeal from Candy if you have any valid reason for short break. You may also be disqualified if you are claimed to be rude or disobey reselling rules. Candy holds the final decision of agent disqualification.

4. What is the responsibility of a lens reseller?
You are required to read this article from FDA regarding to cosmetic lenses. > CLICK HERE for more lens Info by FDA <  You are required to read the instruction for using contact lens as provided on Candy website and pass on the knowledge to your customer. You shall educate your customer to remove the lens right away & consult the Eye Care Practitioner if it causes discomfort to the eye.

5. How to place order? 
Currently, we only accept order through email.

6. What is the Order procedure?
Check stock list > Confirm order with your customer > Email order to us together with payment details > Receive order confirmation from us > Posting on next working day

7. When to submit order for next day posting?
Submit order before 1130pm to post on next day. Candy will reply your email, confirm order and proceed on the next day. If you do not receive order confirmation email from Candy, please whatsapp 017-6055547 for checking order status.
*IF there is any urgent case that need us to proceed order on the same day, please whatsapp 017-6055547.

8. When can I receive my order?
You may receive your parcel within 1-3days once we post out your parcel.

10. How can I check the status of my order?
Candy will update tracking number on website everyday before 11pm. Please check the tracking number on Candy website and trace & trace on Pos.com.my.
(Sometimes might delay in update tracking and you may whatsapp 017-6055547 if you need tracking urgently)

11. How to track my parcel after gotten the tracking number?
Please trace & trace the tracking number on Pos.com.my.
Should there be any issues regarding to Parcel Posting Status, Buyer/Reseller shall contact the related Courier Company to check the status.

12. What if my order is not found in daily tracking update?
If your order’s tracking number is not found in daily tracking update, please email us to check the status.

13. What if the parcel is being returned to Candy?
Please always check the parcel status during delivery to avoid parcel being returned to Candy. To resend the parcel, you have to pay for the postage fee again. Check Candy website for returned parcel status. We will update the returned parcel status below ‘Daily Tracking Update’.

14. What if my order out of stock?
Please make sure that you have checked the latest stock list before placing order. However, sometimes the chosen lens is out of stock even after checking, and you may choose whether to replace to other lens or hold the order.
There are 2 options:
Option 1 : If your order is out of stock, we will replace it to other lenses.
Option 2 : Please remark *HOLD IF NO STOCK* on order if you do not want to get lens replacement. We will hold the order if any lens is found no stock.

15. What if customer receive wrong item/damaged lens/broken bottle? How about postage fee?
A) If receive wrong item : Take clear photo of lens received and email to Candy. Return the lens to Candy, Provide tracking number & Claim for replacement.  Each side paying for own postage fee.

B) If receive damaged lens : Take clear photo of lens received and email to Candy. Return the lens to Candy, Provide tracking number & Claim for replacement.  Each side paying for own postage fee.
*Please check the bottle/vial before open. If the lens is torn and defective, please do not open the bottle/vial. Once the bottle is opened, no replacement will be allowed.

C) If receive broken bottle : Replacement will not be made for lens which is broken or stained or lost during postal period.

IMPORTANT: For any cases of wrong item/damaged lens/broken bottle, it should be informed within 3 days after receiving the parcel.

16. Can I remove the Candy watermark on model photos?
Legal Perspective: Candy holds the copyright for all of the model photos. Therefore any infringement of candy-barbie-eye.com rights or any applicable law will result in an appropriate legal action.

Candy Perspective: Candylicious brand has been standing strong in this market for more than 10 years. With Candylicious watermark, your potential buyer can easily identify Candy brand and it helps you to gain trust from potential buyer. Worry about pricing problem? If you found anyone selling low price, please collect as much info (email, contact), screenshot and email us the info. You will be rewarded with 5 pairs free lens for each valid report.

As Candylicious Reseller, you should take pride for being able to join this big family. Therefore, please do not impersonate other brand while selling Candy lens. Please take note that we do not sell MOLICON/SOLONG/WHATEVER DISNEY LENS. We, will not hesitate to remove irresponsible resellers from the team.

17. Does Candy accept OEM order?
Yes. We accept wholesale and OEM order. If you want to build your own brand, you may contact us directly for start up advice.
